I recently finished up some submissions to Peter Skwiot Smith’s magazine

This first draft was a disaster, way to busy, overworked and the meat beard and hair were struggling for attention. The bacon turned out okay though.

I went back and redid the entire painting. One my favorite pieces of advice is, “Sometimes you have to kill your babies.” I found it on Tomer Hanuka’s blog and I always try to keep this in mind when working on anything. Maybe because I want to kill a baby. Just kidding.

But seriously I hate babies.
